Notice regarding Registration for the Graduation and Commencement Ceremony – Faculty of Tourism and Culinary Arts (Round 1, 2026)
Reference: Pursuant to Announcement No. 19/TB-KDL&AT, dated March 31, 2026, issued by the Faculty of Tourism and Culinary Arts regarding the Round 1, 2026 Graduation Ceremony.
Due to a technical error during the initial data collection process, some registration records were incomplete. To ensure that all eligible students can participate and to facilitate accurate event organization, the Faculty of Tourism and Culinary Arts hereby requests all students to re-register for the ceremony as follows:
1. Eligibility: All students from the Faculty of Tourism and Culinary Arts who were officially recognized for graduation in January and March 2026 (including those who have previously registered).
2. Registration Period: Re-registration is open from April 11, 2026, to the end of April 14, 2026.
3. Registration Method: Students must complete the re-registration form via the following link: [Registration Link]
4. Important Notes:
- All students recognized for graduation in January and March 2026 must re-register, even if they completed the previous form.
- Information provided during this period will serve as the official record for seating arrangements and ceremonial logistics.
- Please ensure all requested information is complete and accurate.
- Attendees must follow the guidelines previously published in Announcement No. 19/TB-KDL&AT, dated March 31, 2026.
