Feedback Procedure and Important Notes:

• To ensure accuracy and protect individual interests, students are responsible for carefully verifying all relevant personal information. Any inquiries or feedback regarding data discrepancies must be submitted in person at the Faculty Office (Room B102) to Ms. Hien – Faculty Registrar during office hours.
• The final deadline for submitting feedback is 09:00 AM on April 14, 2025. Beyond this deadline, the Faculty Office will not be held responsible for resolving any arising cases to ensure the overall progress of the approval process.
