Vision

By 2030, the Faculty of Tourism and Culinary Arts aims to become one of the leading institutions in training, application, promotion, and technology transfer within the tourism and culinary sectors in Vietnam.

 

Mission

The Faculty of Tourism and Culinary Arts is a multidisciplinary training unit specializing in nutrition, culinary arts, tourism, hospitality, and restaurant management across various levels, with a strategic emphasis on science and technology. Specifically, our mission is to:

  • Equip students with comprehensive professional skills and knowledge to meet the rigorous demands of the labor market.
  • Enhance professional capacity in teaching, research, application, and technology transfer tailored to community needs.
  • Promote research activities, knowledge exchange, and corporate partnerships to create products that deliver high nutritional value to the community.
  • Research and develop tourism products and services that align with both domestic and international development trends.
