Position Summary

Meet with event coordinators or group hosts prior to the event to introduce yourself and ensure all arrangements are aligned.

Read and analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information, identify appropriate layouts, schedules, special requirements, buffet setups, live stations, etc.

Respond to and strive to meet all special event requests; track the fulfillment of these requests to ensure compliance.

Adhere to all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management; and complete all required safety training and certifications.

Maintain a clean and professional appearance and uniform, keep proprietary information confidential, and protect company assets.

Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.

Communicate with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones with appropriate etiquette.
-
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and support the team to reach common goals; ensure compliance with quality standards and expectations.
Physical Requirements

Read and visually verify information in various formats (e.g., small print).

Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machinery (e.g., to identify defects).

Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or throughout the entire shift.

Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 25 lbs (approx. 11 kg) or less without assistance.

Move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces.

Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces, and navigate stairs and/or service ramps.

Perform reaching motions above the head and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Perform other reasonable job tasks as requested by supervisors.
